Admissions
The flexibility of our structure allows for entry at different points during the school year. The school recognises that it has a special responsibility to families posted to Mexico and to families returning to Mexico.
Before a child can be considered for entry, we must receive the necessary documents.
- NURSERY Application form, birth certificate, previous reports ( when applicable)
- YEARS 1-7 All above + SEP documents + letters of good behaviour / references
- YEARS 8-13 All above + photograph
Children seeking entry to our Kinder or Primary schools are expected to spend at least 1 day in School ( 2 days in the case of Secondary) in order to assess their social and academic performance. Children entering above year 1 will receive tests appropriate to their age range.
If a child meets the criteria required by the school, an appointment will be made for the parents to see the the Head of school to discuss his/her admission. Both parents must attend these interviews.
It is important to stress that our kind of education requires a high level of parental support and we will look for students whose parents can offer this. We are also looking for long-term commitment to the school and a reasonable level of English/ Spanish in the home.
Occasionally, as the child progresses through the school, the academic demands become greater then he/she can cope with. In such circumstances, we will meet with the parents to find the best possible solution
